Video Running Analysis
A 1.5-2 hour run evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and experts in biomechanics where we record your running form OUTSIDE and perform a full biomechanical assessment to customize a running program to your personal biomechanics and injury history. A remote version is also available for those who are unable to meet in-person. Shoe consultation included.
From trigger point dry needling to compression therapy, we offer different recovery tools to help keep you on the road. These tools can be integrated into your program or performed as a standalone treatment for maintenance purposes.
