Physical Therapy for Runners

Run
Better.
Evolved.

Austin's most comprehensive run clinic. We pair Doctors of Physical Therapy with biomechanists and a video-first lab to engineer your gait, not just patch your symptoms. From first stride to PR — we engineer the evolution.

S/01 · The System

Engineered
end-to-end.

Every other sport uses coaches and video to refine form. Running shouldn't be the exception. We treat your gait like a system: capture, model, and rebuild — backed by the data.

Phase / 01 CAP

Capture

Outside, in your natural environment. We record at 240 fps with multi-angle video while a Doctor of PT performs a full biomechanical assessment — strength, power, neuromuscular control, mobility.

  • Video gait · 240 fps 240 FPS
  • Full biomech eval 90 MIN
  • Injury & training history INTAKE
Phase / 02 MAP

Model

Frame-by-frame breakdown of joint angles, ground contact, cadence, vertical oscillation. We cross-reference your form against your strength profile and injury history to find the root issue — not the symptom.

  • Joint angles · per phase HIP / KNEE / ANKLE
  • Force & contact analysis GCT / GRF
  • Shoe matching LAST / DROP / FOAM
Phase / 03 BLD

Build

You leave with a personalized rehab + performance plan: drills, strength blocks, mobility, cueing for the gait changes that matter. We ship the Movement Blueprint, the video, and the data — to your inbox.

We didn't pick the equipment by accident. Every tool earns its place by getting you back on the road faster — or making the road feel easier.

High-Speed
Capture

240 fps multi-angle video, outdoor and treadmill. The eye misses what the lens catches.

EQ / 02

Blood Flow
Restriction

BFR training to build strength at low loads — ideal for return-to-run and injured tissue.

EQ / 03

Neuromuscular
E-Stim

NMES to recruit dormant fibers, retrain motor patterns, and bridge the strength gap.

EQ / 04

Compression
Therapy

Sequential compression for recovery between hard sessions. Stack it onto any program.

EQ / 05

Dry Needling

Precise needling to release tight, overworked tissue — easing pain and restoring quality movement.

Real runners, real comebacks. Every one of these started with the same thing: figuring out the root cause instead of taping over the symptom.

First marathon, finally.

Daniel was a great PT! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and understood the struggles I was going through in order to finish my first marathon. I had an ankle issue that had prevented me from being able to run one in the past and still needed to be addressed. Other than the regular gym workouts, he even took me to a track one evening in attempt to diagnose any issues with my running form. Without seeing it for myself I would not have been able to accomplish what I did. Couldn't recommend him enough!

From blisters to the start line.

I thought getting back into running would be as simple as, well… running. Until the problems started to compound — constant blisters, knee pain, IT band tightness. After consulting with Daniel, we were able to diagnose muscle imbalances and what was wrong with my form. He became aware of my lifestyle and helped incorporate a personalized rehab plan. The conventional PT program combined with a methodical running program, check-ups, and check-ins allowed me to progress efficiently back to running every other day. Daniel even inspired me to complete a half marathon this year and go for the full marathon next year. Just like that, thanks to Daniel, I am part of the running cult.

A 5-minute PR in the half.

I've been a lifelong runner but never really got into how I was technically running. When yet another injury set me out for a bit, I met Daniel who introduced me to his running analysis. Daniel is super analytical and honest and really helps break down how you run and how it makes you prone to injury, as well as giving you tweaks in technique and additional strengthening to be a more efficient runner. From cadence, to trunk lean, to foot strike, being aware of how I ran and how I could be better no doubt assisted in a 5 minute PR in my most recent half marathon. Would highly recommend for anyone who is a runner or thinking about becoming one. The knowledge gained is and will continue to be invaluable over my lifetime as an athlete.
